Cheer All-American Teams - Fall 2018 (Season 14)

Registration closes in 10 days

Registration for Cheerleaders for the 2018 Season for Ages 9 through 14*. (If you have more than one child entering this program, please register all at the same time to qualify for eligible sibling discounts).

The deadline to guarantee a cheer uniform by the Jamboree will be on or about June 30. Any registrations submitted after this date risk a delay in the availability of a uniform for participation in activities near the beginning of the season, including the Jamboree in late August and FunComp in mid-September.

Cheer team assignments are made based annual guidelines established by American Youth Cheer, Central Mass Youth Cheer, and TYFC. All team assignments will be announced prior to the start of the season by the TYFC Cheer Director through the application of those guidelines. All cheer team assignments are rendered as final. Cheer Mitey Mites - Fall 2018 (Season 14)

Tackle Football All-American - Fall 2018 (Season 14)

Football registration for participants entering grades 4 through 8 for 2018-2019 school year. (If you have more than one child, please register them at the same time to qualify for eligible sibling discounts.)

Football Teams are expected to be organized by grade for the upcoming season, however, note that some adjustments may need to be made to team structures depending on the number of players signed up at each level. You must register your child for the grade that he/she will be in for the Fall of 2018.

Cheer - All-American High School - Fall 2018 (Season 14)

Registration for cheerleaders for the 2018 season ages 14 through 18 as of July 31, 2018, and, who will be high school students or college freshman for the 2018-2019 school year. (If you have more than one child entering this program, please register all at the same time to qualify for eligible sibling discounts).

* Down payment and payment plan only applies to tackle football and cheerleading program registrations.

# Late Payments from Payment Plan Participants for Registrations for U8-U14 will pay the indicated rate; no new registrants accepted for these programs.  U18 registrations at the indicated rate to be accepted through July 31. 

Registration fees for cheerleading DO NOT include uniforms - pricing is separate and requirments will be communicated by the Cheerleading Director when known.

** Flag football, Mitey Mite Cheer, and Spring Clinic registrations DO NOT qualify for sibling discounts due to their already low rates.  Please note that in order to qualify for the sibling discount, you must register all siblings at the same time in the same order. Sibling Registration Discount applies to multiple registrations for tackle football and U10-U18 cheer participants only.  For example, if you are registering one child for U8 cheer and the other child in U14 cheer, sibling discounts do not apply.  If you are registering one tackle football player and one U10-U18 cheerleader, you will qualify for the $25 discount off of one child. 

* Note: If you are taking advantage of our payment plan, your account will have a pending balance due on or before June 30, which must be paid in full at that time.  Final payments are NOT AUTOMATIC and must be initiated through the registration system by the participant family account holder via credit card on file or via check mailed to the league mailing address (see "How to Register" section below).  Reminder email messages will be sent to all payment plan participants with pending balances, but the family is ultimately responsible for tracking and adhering to payment due dates.  All fees paid as part of a participant's registration are subject to the terms and conditions of TYFC's refund policy.  Participant will not be able to start practices until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

2018-2019 REGISTRATION DEADLINES

 

SPRING FOOTBALL AND CHEER CLINIC - JUNE 3, 2018

June 3, 2018  (CLINIC GENERAL REGISTRATION)   TYFC will accept registrations for our annual spring football and cheer clinic. 

NOTE:  Deadline to register to guarantee a t-shirt is May 16, 2018.

 

TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING

March 15, 2018 - June 30, 2018 (TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEER - GENERAL OPEN REGISTRATION) - Open to all flag football and tackle football players and cheerleaders interested in joining our 2018 fall program.  (See special offers above based on date ranges - register early for the best rates!)

July 1, 2018 - July 15, 2018  (TACKLE FOOTBALL LATE REGISTRATIONS) - Registrations received during this timeframe will be assessed a $25.00 late fee per registration above the standard rate.   We do NOT recommend waiting this long to register!!

 

FLAG FOOTBALL

March 15, 2018 – May 31, 2018  (FLAG FOOTBALL - GENERAL OPEN REGISTRATION) - Open to all flag football players in grades K-3 interested in joining our 2018 fall program.  (See our special offers above based on date ranges- register early for the best rates!)

June 1, 2018 – August 19, 2018  (FLAG FOOTBALL - LATE REGISTRATION) Registrations received during this timeframe will be assessed a $15.00 late fee per registration above the standard rate.   We do NOT recommend waiting this long to register!!

 

WINTER CHEERLEADING 

TBA- (THERE WILL BE NO LATE REGISTRATIONS ALLOWED!)

ATTENTION Winter Cheer Program Registrants:  Preference is first given to our veteran cheerleaders who participated in our fall 2018 season and all registrations will be reviewed for accuracy and legitimacy.  All others will immediately be put on the "NEW or Prior Year Participant" waiting list.  The waiting list will be cleared as ratios for fall participants (80%) / new or prior year participants (20%) are met. Waiting list participants are date/time stamped at the time of entry.  As opportunities become available to release slots, they will be granted in the order received; email notification will follow from the TYFC Cheer Director.  Wait list participants are not guaranteed entry into the program if ratios are not met.  All registrations will be reviewed for accuracy to ensure that    To insure that your child secures a spot in line, we strongly encourage that you register as soon as possible.
