WELCOME TO TYFC'S TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION SYSTEM

OUR 2017 FALL TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEER SEASON WILL OFFICIALLY OPEN ON MONDAY, JULY 31, 2017

NOTE:  IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REGISTER FOR OUR FALL FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAM, CLICK HERE.  


We highly encourage each registrant to register using this online system as it will insure that you are entered immediately onto the roster and will enable you to control your account (changing e-mails/addresses, phone contact information, etc.)   It will also keep your registration information year to year.

* Note: Your account will have a pending balance due on July 1, which must be paid in full at that time.  Final payments are not automatic and must be initiated through the registration system by the participant family account holder via credit card on file or via check mailed to the league mailing address (see "How to Register" section below).  Reminder email messages will be sent to all payment plan participants with pending balances before July 1.  All fees paid as part of a participant's registration are subject to the terms and conditions of TYFC's refund policy.  Participant will not be able to start practices until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

HOW TO REGISTER AND IMPORTANT DEADLINES FOR TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING

Online:   You will have the convenience of registering your son and/or daughter for our regular fall season programs or spring clinics at a time convenient for you.  Our online system accepts Visa and Mastercard for your additional convenience!  

Please visit our FAQ or Registration Page on the website for specific information on fees and discounts.  However, Please note that in order to qualify for the sibling discount, you must register all siblings at the same time (NOTE: Flag Football, Mitey Mites, and Tiny Mites are not eligible for sibling discounts). 

2018 Winter Cheer Registration Deadlines:

OPEN REGISTRATION DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED - (REGULAR SEASON REGISTRATION)

ATTENTION Winter Cheer Program Registrants:  Preference is first given to our veteran cheerleaders who participated in our fall 2016 season and all registrations will be reviewed for accuracy and legitimacy.  All others will immediately be put on the "NEW or Prior Year Participant" waiting list.  The waiting list will be cleared as ratios for fall participants (80%) / new or prior year participants (20%) are met. Waiting list participants are date/time stamped at the time of entry.  As opportunities become available to release slots, they will be granted in the order received; email notification will follow from the TYFC Cheer Director.  Wait list participants are not guaranteed entry into the program if ratios are not met.  All registrations will be reviewed for accuracy to ensure that    To insure that your child secures a spot in line, we strongly encourage that you register as soon as possible.

2017 REGISTRATION DEADLINES

SPRING FOOTBALL AND CHEER CLINIC

April 12 – June 3, 2017 (ALL PROGRAMS – GENERAL REGISTRATION)   TYFC will accept registrations for our annual spring football and cheer clinic. 

NOTE:  Deadline to register to guarantee a t-shirt is May 19.

EARLY BIRD

April 12 - June 6, 2017  (ALL PROGRAMS - EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION)  TYFC will accept registrations for ALL flag football, tackle football, and cheerleaders interested in our 2017 programs.   Applications must be received with payment.   Online registrations are preferred and must be completed by June 6, 2017 to get the Early Bird Registration Discount.   This is a STRICT DATE and no exceptions will be made for this special discount for registrations received after June 6, 2017.

TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING


June 7, 2017 - July 31, 2017 (TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEER - GENERAL OPEN REGISTRATION) - Open to all flag football and tackle football players and cheerleaders interested in joining our 2017 fall program.

August 1, 2017 - August 7, 2017  (TACKLE FOOTBALL AND CHEER - LATE REGISTRATIONS) - Registrations received during this timeframe will be assessed a $25.00 late fee per registration.   We do NOT recommend waiting this long to register!!

 

FLAG FOOTBALL

June 7, 2017 – August 15 2017  (FLAG FOOTBALL - GENERAL OPEN REGISTRATION) - Open to all flag football and tackle football players and cheerleaders interested in joining our 2017 fall program.

August 16, 2017 - August 22, 2017 (FLAG FOOTBALL - LATE REGISTRATIONS) - Registrations received during this timeframe will be assessed a $25.00 late fee per registration.   We do NOT recommend waiting this long to register!!
